Stender to Host Fraud Bingo

SUNBURY – State Rep. Michael Stender (R-Northumberland/Montour) is hosting a free Fraud Bingo for the residents of the 108th Legislative District on Friday, Dec. 8, at 1 p.m., located at the Chestnut Towers, 725 Chestnut St., Sunbury.

“It is important for the constituents of the 108th District to be aware of the common practices of scams and fraud,” said Stender. “This event will not only help senior consumers learn about scammers, but it is also a fun, interactive way of learning through a game we all love – bingo.”

George Dillman, with the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities, will be the presenter and ‘game host’ of the event.
